Dahlia was currently enjoying a crisp autumn day, breathing in the smell of the falling leaves combining with the smells of the city all around her. She passed by several small boutiques, stopping into a few of them and browsing, few up to her taste. Still, it was a pleasant day, and Dahlia was enjoying it thoroughly. She ducked into a small cafe, ordered a cup of hot tea and some cookies, and sat in one of the outside tables. She sipped on her tea, munched on some cookies, and watched the people walking buy. There were all kinds that walked by- couples out on dates, friends strolling together, individuals hurrying towards their destination.
Dahlia looked serene as she observed, her hair drifting loosely in the breeze, a small hum in her throat. Her mind was drifting to the past night, when her 'subject' had been a kitsune. The fox-demon had been causing all kinds of mischief, and after a week, caught. A week in 'the freezer' had left the fire-spirit weak and weary, and Dahlia simply ate up its despair and sadness by the time she was done with it. Yes, the whole event had left her in a lovely mood.
Dahlia was quite content to sit at her little cafe all afternoon, enjoying the feeling of the sun on her skin, but as the hour reached lunch time, the place became far too crowded for comfort. So, she was off once again. Dahlia loosened her jacket around her, for the sun was really starting to make things warmer, and began strolling down the street once more. She was humming some tune as she walked, hoping to meet someone interesting enough to talk to.
